Asking if anyone could give me advice or guide me in the right direction to publishing a book?

As many of you know, I'm a widow to su***de.
Consequently from that I was put in a position that has caused me immense mental emotional and financial hardship, and is keeping me in a financial prison.

I did not choose this, I've been made to live it for the last seven years this coming November.
I'm now ready to take the next step in my healing to make positive from the hell I have been made to survive. To share the dark journey to help others.

The proceeds from the book will be used to pay the beneficiaries for the su***de.
From then I will then be able to have a lawyer make the executors give me back my financial freedom and my property solely back to me.

If anyone is offended or wants to give an unhelpful opinion please just scroll on.
To the trolls I've had to deal with through the years since his su***de, who hide behind fake profiles too scared to face me in person, your evil to cause harm is reflected back to you! 🖤

I'm back giving back ❤️

When I was going through the darkness of grief, betrayal and all the mental and emotional trauma that was being sent with it from those who wanted someone to blame ... I kept having people say 'be kind to yourself' ... At the time I was in such depth of PTSD, I didn't understand what they meant.
I had only 2 choices, death or save me!
Thankfully I had many amazing people who kept reminding me who I was, what others chose to do with anger and spite was on them, it's not my responsibility.
Now, I understand those words, be kind to yourself' ... To your own spirit, your own body, your own self ... No matter what the noise is in your head, or what the vultures try to bring ... None of that negative stuff is yours to keep, it was never yours, it's just what 'the takers' work to do, to smear their darkness upon you.
So you do their dirty work to yourself so it looks like their hands are clean 😠
