Helende Handen

What if the thing you keep trying to change… isn’t actually the problem? 👀 We tend to focus on what we can SEE. The overthinking. The self-criticism. The procrastination. The reactions. The words we can’t seem to shake. The choices we keep making—even when we KNOW better. But what if those aren’t the problem? What if they’re CLUES? 🧠 In this 4th-grade classroom, something happened that opened the door to a much bigger conversation. Because sometimes a visible struggle is being influenced by something we CAN’T see. A belief. An expectation. An old emotional association. A pattern we may not even realize we’re carrying. And when the hidden pattern is exposed? Suddenly, what hasn’t made sense can begin to make a LOT more sense. 💜 Hidden Patterns Often Create Visible Problems. The question is: What might be hiding underneath YOURS? If you’re curious about the patterns that may be influencing your life without you realizing it, comment PATTERN and I’ll show you where to start. 🧠✨ #HiddenPatterns #SelfDiscovery #SelfTalk #Confidence #EmotionalMastery BrainReady

The quietest child is often the one carrying the most. The little girl who never caused any trouble wasn’t “easy.” She simply learned that staying quiet felt safer than asking for what she needed. Many of those little girls grow into women who carry everyone else’s problems, struggle to receive help, and feel guilty whenever they choose themselves. The truth is, you were never meant to earn love by being useful. You were worthy of love long before you became the strong one. Healing begins when you stop expecting your adult self to survive the way your inner child had to. 💛 What do you think that little girl needed most but never received? Tell me in one word in the comments. 💬 If you’re watching on Facebook or TikTok, head over to @restoringbonds on Instagram and comment to receive a free exercise. 🧡 Visit the link in my bio to begin healing these patterns with my Self-Consolation Guide. ✨ #familyconstellations #innerchildhealing #childhoodwounds #emotionalhealing #generationalhealing

Voor iedereen die door het donker gaat of is gegaan.

LET THE OLD YOU DIE you are not depressed lost or broken you are being stripped of the version that survived but never lived the people-pleasing self the hypervigilant self the conditioned self the protective self the trauma self the small self the one that learned to stay acceptable to stay armored to stay invisible to stay quiet to stay alert to stay safe this process is brutal because survival resists its own ending it will call it failure it will call it confusion it will call it the end BUT IT IS NOT everything you want everything you see for yourself ALREADY EXISTS not as fantasy not as imagination it lives inside your body waiting for permission it becomes real the moment the survival suit falls when the small self loosens its grip and life can move again so stay trust your process this is not collapse THIS IS REBIRTH ✿ # let ✿ # there ✿ # be ✿ # light ✿ # ✨
