Windpomp14 (Mile 14) reopened 11/12/2015 after being closed for 9 years, is situated in the Northern outskirts of the popular holiday town Swakopmund.
Mile 14, now affectionately known as Windpomp 14, is a hub of fun, sun, sea and festivity approximately 16km north of Swakopmund. Join friends and family around a sizzling braai, beneath the famous "Windpomp", and our starry Namibian sky. Windpomp14’s annual Big Catch is officially here…. From 1 December 2025 until 6 January 2026, the fish are biting, so bring in your best catch and stand a chance to win cash.
