8 cloves
slices of orange
2 Tbs honey

Chicken Pan Pie 🐔🐣🐥🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Mushroom Pate

300 g brown & shiitake mushrooms chopped
Sauté with olive oil & butter, onion, garlic & celery
Add 25 ml soya and 50 ml sweet sherry.. or rum 🤔
A dash of chicken stock, few drops of honey
Salt, pepper, 7 thai spice and thyme
Panfry untill cooked, wait to cool and blend
Enjoy with toasted ciabata or farm bread

Hollandaise Sauce !

3 egg yolks
150 g butter (melted)
1 tbs lemon juice
pinch paprika / cayenne pepper
salt & pepper

Mix yolks a lemon juice in a blender
Drizzle the melted butter while mixing
Season ! Enjoy
