Together with his knowledge in food and nutrition, we insist in serving only the best tasting, healthiest and most natural baking goods. We are proud that we manage to revive the ancient art of baking the true bread with our own bred sourdough starter (without commercial baking yeast, and any commercial additives). We strongly believe that we might be the first and the only one doing so in this industry in the country.
