Ironman Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Unforgettable experience taking on the iconic and challenging course of IRONMAN Wales.

From start to finish, the energy from the crowd was incredible, especially through the non stop rain. The course definitely lived up to its tough reputation: a heavy tidal swim, non-stop rolling elevation on the bike, and a brutal marathon course, all topped off with the legendary finish line down the packed streets of Tenby.

Crossing the line in 12hrs 18 and setting a PB

Great to share the experience with 🙌🏼

Big thank you to everyone who’s supported on this journey and the last year, especially who’s had to deal with the all training hours and volume of food that has been required to fuel 🙏🏼

Settled weather and warmer sea temperatures….

Recent dives have turned up more warm water species like Red Mullet, along with for the first time sighting of a Grey Triggerfish below the surface.

You never know what you’ll spot on the next dive, and it’s interesting to watch some of these changes especially over all the years of diving.

Diving with the Certina DS SUPER PH2000M STC as a trusted companion. With 2000m water resistance and ISO 6425:2018 certification, it’s built to meet the highest standards of professional dive watches. Looking forward to getting back under and filming more of the species along our coastline 🎥

Busy week of diving, from habitat mapping surveys to then seagrass seed picking with Project Seagrass

19 hours spent below the surface in everything from calm, clear water to challenging shallow swell with visibility under 1m. Always great to get in the water for scientific work with such these teams 🙌🏼
