About me: I am Jo-Ann and I have a Bachelor of Arts specialised in Communications from Monash University in Australia. I was lucky enough to be studying in this outstanding university when Facebook and Youtube were launched, earning an early specialised knowledge in this field. I started my career at Datacom Systems in Melbourne, where I have worked for 3 years in the Communications department on the Dun&Bradstreet account. Since then, I have been a Social Media marketing professional for the past 10 years. I manage Facebook accounts with over 100k followers and I have collaborated with some of the biggest International Influencers. In these troubled econonomic times, I understand that while social media marketing is more crucial than ever, Small and Medium Entreprises have a hard time allocating a budget to these services. This upside-down masterpiece is an absolute staple of Mauritian cuisine, and we got ours from 'Le jardin snack', āa favorite local steel-hut takeaway spot right next to Intermart Express supermarket in Calodyne.
Layers of rice, savory stir-fry, and a perfectly fried egg on top. Trust us, it tastes even better with a view of the ocean from our terrace.
