MauBlinds, provides a personalized service to its customers, for blinds, ceilings and Fencings. This is not only an error, but a missed opportunity.
CORE VALUES OF THE COMPANY
1) LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND
Listening to understand does not come naturally to the majority of people. We listen for what we expect to hear or what we already assume to be true. When we only hear what we want to hear, we miss what may be important to our customers. We miss subtleties and clues. We miss indications on the needs. We miss what our custommer are trying desperately to tell us. We have only one mouth, but two ears. We listen so that we understand your lifestyle requirements and can recommend the best solutions to suit your needs.
2) PROMISE TO CUSTOMMER
At MauBinds, we want to create an exceptional customer experience. To that end, our customer promise is to stay true to the words we speak and the relationships we build. We will always work on a win-win situation for our customers' satisfaction. This allows us to build trust with our customers who in turn are loyal to us.
3) INTEGRITY. Acting with strong ethics is a priority for everyone representing Maublinds. As a small business we are committed to working with transparency and honesty with all of our clients.
4) FAIRNESS
At MauBlinds, we are committed to always treating everyone with the common decency that we all deserve and expect. This allows us to maintain a high quality human relationship with our customers, who are then loyal to us. By sowing a good seed, we will always reap beautiful flowers.
5) ACCOUNTABILITY
We accept responsibility for our actions. It's the way we work. It allows us to build trust with our customers. When we prepare a quote, our measurements are 100% accurate so that if you choose MauBlinds, we can start your order immediately with no delays or unwanted surprises. We will keep you informed each step of the way from measuring and quoting through to the final installation.
6) TEAMWORK
When people work together, they can create something greater than themselves as individuals. Our team works together with our customers to form a great team and deliver great satisfaction.
7) LEARNING
No one has all the answers. A culture of humility and continuous learning is a bedrock principle of successful companies. At Maublinds, we attack each project as the first with the same desire to satisfy, learn and grow.
8) PASSION
Having a joy not just for the work itself but also the people around us, so that everyone can be bold, innovative, and creative. This is how we define passion at MauBlinds.
9) QUALITY
Companies are judged on the quality of their products and services, so the highest standards must be met. At MauBlinds, we work with the best local materials, to provide you with a Mauritian product with international standards.
10) CRAFTSMANSHIP
In a fast-paced world that so often favors quantity over quality and impulse consumption over thoughtful purchases, a slowed down and purposeful creative process is truly special. Our definition of craftsmanship comprises deep passion, care, and a meticulous attention to detail.
โCraftsmanship represents the trinity of the hand, the heart and the mindโ - Richard Sennet

As MauBlinds continues to grow, we are looking for Seamstresses to join our team and take part in the hand-finishing of our custom-made blinds.
At MauBlinds, sewing is done entirely by hand. We are therefore looking for people who are meticulous, reliable, comfortable with manual work and proud of producing quality craftsmanship.
We are recruiting candidates based in the North region, especially around:
