Leo Confectionery

Leo Confectionery is a family-run bakery dedicated to always deliver home-made, genuine products. The highest temperature the oven can reach is that of 600 °C.

Leo Confectionery was founded by Saviour Cassar in 1954 who continued running the confectionery till he reached his retiring age. Ten years ago, his son Christopher Cassar, took over the operations of the confectionery and continued baking traditional Maltese sweets using the old, genuine recipes inherited from his parents.
