The Fjord 28 CS is a 28.21ft (8.6m) masthead sloop (monohull sailinb boat) designed by Eivind Amble/Geir Grung and built in fiberglass by Fjord Plast between 1975 and 1982. It is stable / stiff and has a good righting capability if capsized. It is best suited as a coastal cruiser. The fuel capacity is originally small. There is a short water supply range. Main features

Ah, crikey! This happened today.
I was heading out of port and felt the swell increase so I turned back and something was very wrong with the engine.
No deceleration, no disengaging the engine. Someone came to my rescue and this was the little culprit
