🔥 GRILL RECIPE

1. Remove the beef from the fridge 20–30 minutes before cooking.
2. Season generously with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
3. Grill over high heat, turning to get a beautiful crust on all sides.
4. Add fresh rosemary, garlic and a little butter during the final minutes.
5. Rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Our fresh-cut beef ossobuco, with its rich marrow bone and tender meat, is perfect for a comforting Italian-style meal the whole family will love.

👨‍🍳 OUR SLOW-COOK OSSOBUCO RECIPE

Ingredients:

• 4 slices of beef ossobuco
• 1 onion, 2 carrots and 2 celery sticks, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves
• 400g chopped tomatoes
• 250ml beef stock
• 200ml red w**e
• Olive oil, salt, pepper and rosemary

Method:

1. Season the ossobuco and brown well on both sides in a hot pan.
2. Remove the meat and sauté the onion, carrots, celery and garlic.
3. Add the red w**e and let it reduce slightly.
4. Stir in the tomatoes, beef stock and rosemary.
5. Return the meat to the pot, cover and cook in the oven at 160°C for 3–3½ hours, until beautifully tender.
6. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, polenta or fresh crusty bread to soak up that delicious sauce!
