More than 500 guests joined us at den Atelier to celebrate two decades of LuxConnect, an evening filled with memories, milestones and a look at what lies ahead.
As our CEO Paul Konsbruck highlighted: “Today, sovereignty has become our leitmotiv.” The next chapter is about building secure, reliable and sustainable infrastructure for Luxembourg’s digital future.

🎯 Last week, Magali, HR Manager at LuxConnect and LuxProvide, took part in an exclusive HR roundtable organized by Alleyesonme.jobs, skeeled and myHR.lu - Logiciel de gestion du personnel.
🔎 The discussions focused on three key HR challenges: employer branding, AI in HR, and onboarding & retention - with honest experiences, lessons learned and practical insights shared by professionals in the field.
💬 One key question: What makes a new employee stay… or disengage ? For Magali, the first few months often shape an employee's entire experience. Beyond joining a team or a company, some employees are also adapting to a new country and environment. Listening to their feedback and taking action on their experience is essential to understanding their needs and continuously improving the employee journey.
🤝 Because attracting talent is only the first step. Creating an environment where people feel heard, supported and motivated to stay is just as important.

One of the most hands-on parts of the job? Presenting our company and showing visitors what happens behind the scenes of our Data Centers. 🏢🔐

🔋 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐔𝐏𝐒, 𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
🏗️ Our oldest Data Center, DC1.1, has just received a major upgrade. After more than 17 years of service since June 2009, its UPS have been replaced with new, highly energy-efficient models.
🔄 The replacement was carried out seamlessly, with the new equipment integrated into our infrastructure without impacting the level of service delivered to our customers. 🤝
At LuxConnect, we take the renewal of our equipment seriously. We assess the environmental impact of each purchase and look for the most energy-efficient solutions. 🌱 We will monitor the improvement over time, but the new UPS promise significant energy savings at Data Center level.
And there’s an added bonus: the new UPS are much quieter than the previous ones! 🔇 A welcome improvement for the teams working in these rooms every day.

From one Data Center to four, from ADSL modems to AI – 20 years of LuxConnect have brought a lot of change.
🔎 This time : Stéphane, Bettembourg Campus Data Centers Manager
Stéphane joined LuxConnect when there was no Data Center yet – and even the term was new to him. Since then, he has witnessed the company grow from the ground up, including the launch of our first customer in 2009… powered from a temporary construction-site electrical panel!⚡
Over the years, staying in contact with customers has become an important part of his role – and one he particularly values. He is grateful for the opportunity to work closely with them and would like to thank them for their trust and great collaboration.
💬 Looking back, his advice to his 2008 self is simple : “Don’t change a thing. Go for it!”
20 years of challenges, evolving technologies and new opportunities – with AI now shaping the next chapter. 🚀
