✨ Proposed House for Mr. Imal Sanjaya ✨

📍 Location: Eheliyagoda.
📐 Land: 16perch
🏡 Floor area : 2953ft

A modern home concept designed to bring comfort, functionality, minimalism, and elegance together. Built on an uncommon triangular site rather than a typical square plot, site utilization became a key design challenge. The design strategically transforms the site’s irregular geometry, eliminating wasted spaces and fully integrating every area into a purposeful, efficient living environment. 💫

✨ CONSTRUCTION BEGINS ✨

We are delighted to announce that the construction of our client Mr. Tharindu & Mrs. Roshni Dissanayake’s Dream project has officially commenced.

At Arch Ceylon Chartered Architects, every design is more than a drawing—it is a vision shaped into reality through collaboration, creativity, and precision. Starting construction marks a significant milestone, where ideas on paper begin to transform into a lasting space of purpose and beauty.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Tharindu & Mrs. Roshni Dissanayake for trusting us with his dream. We look forward to seeing this journey unfold from concept to completion.

NORTHERN FLICKER

The project is getting close to being able to breathe in the urban area, which is a residential
zone. As limited spaces always pose an interesting challenge, architects should strive to achieve
them in an architectural way. This is a three-dimensional puzzle game that architects have to
solve by creating spatial and experienceable architectural spaces. Different architectural spaces have different wind, sound, and humidity characteristics. Architecture can& #39;t always be explained. Even when closing eyes, it should be experienced.
So, take a peek at the "Northern Flicker" and experience it with closed eyes….
