Activity can make you feel productive without actually moving anything forward.
You can fill your day with meetings, messages, tasks and deadlines, and still make very little progress.
Productivity isn’t about how much you do. It’s about whether what you do creates meaningful progress.
Busy creates motion. Systems create progress.
Don’t confuse the two.

Today, we remember the lives lost and everyone affected by the Beirut Port explosion.
It is a reminder that silence has consequences. The most serious organizational failures are rarely caused by a single event. They grow when concerns go unspoken, warning signs are ignored, and people don't feel safe enough to raise their voices.
Strong cultures aren't defined by how they respond to a crisis, but by whether they create the conditions to prevent one.
When we asked the team what makes someone a great colleague, no one mentioned technical skills.
They talked about listening.
Trust.
Honesty.
Support.
Celebrating others.
Because the strongest workplace relationships are built through behavior.
That's where culture begins.
