Not every moment of forgetfulness means Alzheimer’s.

But when memory changes persist—or when dementia appears repeatedly within a family—understanding the bigger picture matters.

The Dementia & Alzheimer’s Genetic Test may help identify genetic changes associated with inherited forms of dementia, including some forms of Alzheimer’s disease.

A genetic result is one part of a complete medical assessment. It does not diagnose or exclude dementia or Alzheimer’s disease on its own. Results are interpreted alongside symptoms, age of onset, personal and family history, and clinical evaluation.
