A Recognition of Dedication, Loyalty, and Growth
Some people join an organization for a job. Others become part of its story.
From the very first year Scholars was born, Ms. Ghina Abu Dargham walked through our doors with confidence, determination, and belief. She applied for an administrative position, yet what stood out most was not the role she sought, nor the salary she never asked about...it was her character, her presence, and her unwavering confidence.
She began her journey as my secretary, but as Scholars grew, so did she. Through her dedication, intelligence, sharp judgment, and exceptional sense of responsibility, she steadily earned greater trust and greater responsibilities, eventually becoming our Vice Principal.
Ghina has been far more than an employee. She has been my right hand, a trusted advisor, and a constant source of support through every challenge and every milestone. Together, we witnessed the evolution of Scholars...from its humble beginnings, through three different buildings, until the day we proudly established our secondary school.
This recognition is a small token of appreciation for the countless hours, the sacrifices, the unwavering commitment, and the genuine care you have given to Scholars and to everyone around you.
Thank you, Ms. Ghina Abu Dargham, for believing in this dream from the very beginning, for walking every step of the journey with us, and for being not only an exceptional Vice Principal, but also my trusted right hand and a treasured member of the Scholars family.
