Together we Strengthen the Roots of our Youth. More than 15000 Vouchers were distributed among families.
«World Patriarchal Maronite Foundation for Integral Development» is a philanthropic and prominent foundation of leading successful Lebanese businessmen and visionaries, proudly committed to their heritage and roots. We have a firm conviction in mutually supporting our committed community by creating a consolidated platform of dedicated, faithful Christian businessmen whose mission is to connect the world to Lebanon by channeling knowledge, values, and heritage, thus creating improved future Christian fellowmen. WPF launched programs to create job opportunities in the public and the private sector and established partnerships with reliable institutions in Lebanon such as Hotel Dieu de France, Notre Dame University-Louaize, Ecole des Arts et Métiers and AUST Achrafieh. Many companies have also networked with us seeking our services among many international organizations, eparchies, universities, and schools that have benefited from our programs. WPF is responding to the escalating economic challenges, since May 2020, through the SAWA LA NEB’A campaign, which aims at supporting low-income families to secure food on the table while preserving their dignity and privacy. With 26$ you can provide food security to families in need. More details about this program can be found on this link: https://wpf.org.lb/take-action-details/8/together-we-stand./. Amidst the Beirut Explosion in August 2020, WPF adopted Pharaon Street, 150 meters away from the explosion epicenter, and rehabilitated 28 apartments with the Mar Mikhael Church. https://wpf.org.lb/take-action-details/9/sawa-la-tebaa-beirut/
With special consideration to prevailing COVID-19 conditions, WPF launched a health initiative and provided 40 Oxygen Concentrators to 22 villages in Keserwan, North, South, and Beqaa. This operation comes in response to escalating needs of giving oxygen to people in need.
