In 2006 associate architects Roberto Corapi and Nicola Rovere founded Arch+Studio in Milan. It’s the actualization of a career path which started in 2001. The associates are supported by technical advisers and coworkers according to a multidisciplinary conception of the firm. Arch+Studio works on everyday life themes by offering a complete selection of services with special attention on energy and environmental sustainability. The experience of the firm realizes by carrying out innumerable tasks completed with competence, passion and attention to client’s requests. As proof of that, there are varied works to which Arch+Studio approaches over the years without bonds: it stays independent by resisting to specializations. In terms of architectural planning, our work realizes in the redefinition of inner spaces, in the reconversion and recovery of disused buildings, till the conception and the creation of detached houses, collective residences and urban planning. Moreover Arch+Studio has consolidated a particular experience both in the strategic evaluation of functional and energy aspects of buildings (for block of flats for which the firm has created and now manages a specific service www.progetticondivisi.it) and in subjects connected to restoration and conservation of monumental buildings. The firm gives technical advices to building contractors, development companies and planners for the drafting of feasibility studies and for digital graphic scripts concerning architectural planning of new-built estates for residential, commercial and tertiary purpose (looking after administrative procedure). Arch+Studio also offers consultancy services to public Authorities: it supports administrations in the drafting of norms and procedures of urban planning. Furthermore gives technical advices in judicial and extrajudicial lawsuits of civil law. Thanks to fieldwork, Arch+Studio, besides offering a service concerning architectural planning and management of operations, is able to gather in one team all skills which are essential to deal with complemented planning of the following disciplines:
electrical systems – mechanical systems – plumbing and heating and conditioning systems – energy certification – hydraulic systems – fire systems – cogeneration systems – photovoltaic and solar systems. The firm avails itself of advisers skilled in the following sectors:
acoustics – environmental surveys and reclamations – agronomy – structural design – safety coordination – cadastral transactions. Concerning plans of restoration and conservation of monumental and holy buildings, Arch+Studio avails itself of societies specialized in the following disciplines:
Plans and elevations evaluations (digital/laser) – chemical analysis – thermo graphic analysis. The charter members coordinate a team of coworkers and advisers: this group is formed on every client’s needs in order to guarantee delivery of the work in time and to respect the budget fixed in advance. All processes are looked after and controlled by the team with artisan dedication from the starting idea to the realization of the project. The increase in requests (both concerning a more attentive legislation on environmental services of buildings and concerning a more demanding commission with respect to the reaching of technical energy and plant industrial standards) determines the necessity of an integration between various disciplines and the structure which is served. This integration allows to achieve better performances, to rationalize the planning process and to control costs fixed in advance and lead in time. One team means one professional referent who permits the achievement of the goal through not expensive costs for designs and execution thanks to the sharing of resources, savings on estimate calculation and selection of firms, speed in execution and design, coordination of construction yards and simplification of connections with authorities.

Arch+ Studio - Progettare Uffici
Completati i lavori per la nuova sede italiana della multinazionale .
Arch+ Studio è stato incaricato della integrale, del progetto di e della direzione lavori. Siamo orgogliosi di aver gestito l'intero iter progettuale e realizzativo e di aver collaborato con il managment della CRS Italia, ottenendo il risultato che ci eravamo prefissati: un luogo pieno di luce, impreziosito da materiali dai colori tenui, che dialogano con le strutture industriali preesistenti, in cui trasparisse l'ospitalità e trasparenza dello spirito aziendale.
Gli si sviluppano su due piani per un totale di circa 360 mq. Al piano terra sono presenti le attività a contatto con il pubblico (sala espositiva, aula training e cucina), mentre al primo piano trovano spazio le aree amministrative, suddivise in open space, una meeting room e due uffici riservati, oltre alle zone tecniche e servizi. Arch+ Studio – Office Design
Work on the new Italian headquarters of the multinational has been completed.
Arch+ Studio was commissioned to carry out the integral , the design and the construction supervision. We are proud to have managed the entire design and construction process and to have collaborated with the management of CRS Italia, achieving the result we had set out to achieve: a space filled with light, enhanced by materials in soft colours that complement the existing industrial structures, and which reflects the hospitality and transparency of the company’s ethos.
The are spread over two floors, covering a total area of approximately 360 square metres. The ground floor houses the areas open to the public (exhibition hall, training room and kitchen), whilst the first floor accommodates the administrative areas, divided into an open-plan space, a meeting room and two private offices, as well as technical and service areas.The furnishings are partially from and partially made to measure

In questi giorni abbiamo ottenuto un importante risultato lungo il tortuoso cammino che abbiamo intrapreso ormai un anno fa, per la di questo .
Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di 25 con struttura in per un totale di oltre 3200 mq di SL che, sommata alle aree esterne e superfici complementari, supera i 4000 mq di superficie totale.
Un particolare riconoscimento va a tutto il team di progetto, che ha seguito ogni singola fase di progetto.
