Il Palazzo

Anticamente il toponimo "il Palazzo" oggi fiorente Azienda Agricola e Agriturismo, indicava ordine ad una "Statio" (stazione militare) dell'importante via Ariminensis o Livia o via del Sale che univa Roma a Rimini. Il borgo medioevale campeggia sull'intera azienda coltivata a viti, olivi e cereali. Il Palazzo è un antico borgo tardo medioevale - situato nel cuore della Toscana, a pochi chilometri dal centro di Arezzo - dove l´originaria struttura si è conservata in perfetta armonia con la natura che la circonda, tra le dolci e incontaminate colline del Chianti aretino, caratterizzate da boschi, oliveti e vigneti. Un´oasi di tranquillità, che al tempo stesso, grazie alla privilegiata posizione rispetto alle importanti arterie di comunicazione stradale, ferroviaria ed aerea, offre un facile accesso alle vicine città d’arte: Firenze, Siena, Perugia, Cortona, La Verna, Camaldoli, Montepulciano, Montalcino e altre ancora. In pochi minuti è possibile raggiungere il centro storico di Arezzo, dove vi attende un eccezionale patrimonio artistico: La Leggenda della vera Croce di Piero della Francesca, la casa di Giorgio Vasari, il crocifisso di Cimabue in San Domenico e piazza Grande con le sue botteghe antiquarie e i caratteristici ristoranti. Nell’immediata periferia è invece ubicato il Centro Affari e Convegni, dove si svolgono alcuni tra i più importanti eventi fieristici della Toscana. Per gli appassionati di sport, l´Equestrian Center, il più grande spazio in Europa per le attività equestri dista soltanto 10 chilometri; mentre il Golf Club Casentino è a soli 20 chilometri. E così pure, se vi volete dedicare allo shopping, in poco tempo raggiungerete Space, il prestigioso outlet di Prada; e ancora The Mall dove è possibile acquistare, a prezzi vantaggiosi, rinomate griffe come Gucci, Tod´s, Armani, Burberry´s, Valentino, Sergio Rossi, Fendi, Hogan, La Perla, D&G; infine a Foiano della Chiana, il Valdichiana Outlet Village, con oltre cinquanta negozi di autorevoli marchi. Il Palazzo è un comodo punto di sosta anche per coloro che devono raggiungere le due cliniche sanitarie ad Arezzo: La Casa di cura San Giuseppino e la Casa di cura Poggio del Sole sono infatti a soli 4 chilometri. Queste, e molte altre possibilità di visita, fanno sì che Il Palazzo è consigliato per ogni tipo di soggiorno e non meno importante, per godere di piacevoli momenti di quiete. I nostri ospiti infatti potranno rilassarsi ai bordi della splendida piscina immersa nell’incantevole oliveto, godendo della pittoresca vista sulla città di Arezzo e degustando un ottimo vino prodotto dalla nostra Cantina. Il Palazzo è organizzato per permanenze: giornaliere, settimanali e mensili. A richiesta è previsto il servizio di colazione a buffet nella Saletta delle Ortensie.
