I’m a monochrome lover. Always have been, always will be. Colour is beautiful but to me there is something so sacred about black & white. It can remove all distraction and allow the narrative and emotion of the image to shine through. You’ll always receive a healthy dose of monochrome images within my galleries 🖤

I last saw Josie & Josh back in 2023, on their wedding day. Being asked to capture a couple’s wedding is an absolute privilege but when they then ask you to come back into their lives and capture their new family, wow. It’s a level of trust beyond words. Thank you so much Josie, Josh and little Jasper.

An intimate elopement in Iceland - Portia & David invited their nearest and dearest to the wilds of Iceland for their wedding day. A place full of meaning for them, they returned to where they got engaged, this time with their beautiful daughter present. What an experience. They exchanged their vows while taking shelter in a cave, braved the elements for some couple shots together at their favourite waterfall, followed by an intimate meal back in Reykjavik. Thank you both so much for taking me on such an adventure.

The most gentle of wedding days at Updown Farmhouse, Kent. Thank you Josephine, Freddie and your wonderful loved ones for inviting me into your inner circle. Capturing your beautifully intimate wedding, which was so personal, was an incredible honour and a day I am so grateful to always remember.

A favourite moment: After the wedding breakfast, as usual at weddings, I was listening out for any sign that speeches were about to start. Instead of excited chatter or a clinking glass calling everyone to attention, there was silence. I crept around the corner to see what was happening, and found everyone, literally every guest, head down and completely absorbed with… miniature puzzles. They had been wedding favours from Josephine & Freddie. It was such a lovely moment and really aided the transition from food into speeches. Loved that as a wedding favour idea ❤️

BEAUTIFUL JESS & JAMES // at the very lovely this summer.

Sometimes you receive an enquiry from a couple and you instantly know you’ll love them. Jess & James’ initial email was full of so much warmth, love and connection. The joy they have for their life and the plans they had for their wedding was infectious. The loveliest of people who cared deeply about their family, friends and beloved dog Meg. The fact that they shared my love of Yosemite was the cherry on top.

It was an absolute honour to capture their wedding day alongside my amazing second shooter . Such a gorgeous day with the most incredible florals by and an emotional, surprise appearance from Meg ❤️
