Pure Bread

Easily the best Awadhi food on offer in Delhi NCR is by my friend . Mutton Biryani is full of delicate flavor and comes with a robust salan, which I can literally have bowls and bowls of it. Also the most delectable melt in the mouth mutton galautis, haven’t had a dish comparable to this.
Another favorite dish from her repertoire is Mutton Salan - superbly cooked mutton pieces in a full of flavor thin gravy. This dish goes best with Khameeri Roti and Sheermal.
Thank you Anamika for treating our tastebuds to such a scrumptious meal!!

The new located in Blackwattle Bay and is touted as an iconic waterfront destination in Sydney, offering fresh seafood, restaurants, cafes etc. After having a stroll around and looking at the varied dining options, we chose to eat at “𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒊” - offering modern Chinese and Seafood dishes.

They had just 2 soup options on the menu and we ordered both. 𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣 & 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙢 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙥 and 𝙅𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙥 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙮 𝙎𝙪𝙢. Both the soups were outstanding.
For starters we ordered :
𝘼𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙣 - crusted jumbo prawns on a crispy bun topped with a mustard-honey- yuzu sauce.
𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙣 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙒𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙪𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞 𝙊𝙞𝙡 - a match made in heaven. Though they tasted really good, I felt the wonton covering could have been thinner.
𝙎𝙩𝙞𝙧-𝙁𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘽𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙥 & 𝙋𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚 - loved them.
𝙍𝙖𝙬 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 - salmon, Japanese scallops, Sydney rock oyster, NZ clam & Arctic surf clam. I didn’t try this, but my friends loved this dish.
𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙩 𝙣 𝙋𝙚𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙞 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙙 - this dish was first of many fried calamari dishes I had in Australia and loved it.
We were totally stuffed by this time, but that didn’t stop us from ordering couple more dishes.
𝙎𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙪𝙖𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙞 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 with loads of dried chilli & cashew nuts - while this was a good dish, it was outshined by the superb seafood dishes.
𝙎𝙩𝙞𝙧-𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙉𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘽𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙛𝙛𝙡𝙚 & 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢𝙨 - this had a superb balance of truffle and I loved it.
𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙮 𝙍𝙞𝙘𝙚 - salted egg yolk, purple sticky rice, scallops, squid, mussels & king prawns.
Everything was just wonderful and a perfect kickstart to my holiday in Australia. Loved the location and the ambience. Definitely a must visit when in Sydney.
