Raking the arena shouldn’t be a workout before your ride, we know it can be a struggle, so our new Medium Rake Range is here to back you up! 🤝

Whether you’re hitching it to a car, tractor, or quad bike using the towbar or 3-point hitch, this range is built to be extremely user-friendly and effortless.😮‍💨

Perfectly leveled footing is just a quick hook-up away, head to the link in our bio for more 🐎

Nature provides the water. Our system does the rest. 🤝

This custom build features a closed-loop subsurface irrigation setup. It collects rainwater, stores it, and waters the arena footing from beneath.🫡

That means efficient recycled water and an arena that looks after itself, leaving you more time to ride. 🐎

Maintaining the right moisture level in an arena takes regular checking and, depending on the conditions, frequent watering.😮‍💨

With the subsurface irrigation system installed at Equine-Librium College arena, watering can be scheduled, moisture levels monitored and adjustments made remotely, all from an app.🤝

So whether you’re at the arena or somewhere else, you can keep an eye on the surface and water when needed, without having to be there to do it.🫡

How do you hold footing together consistently without water?🤔

The answer is wax!

That’s why at we’ve built a waxed surface. Not the easiest option, but the right one🐎

Wax coats the sand and fibre and binds the particles together ensuring consisting footing no matter the conditions or the time of day.

Tamodi needed a surface that wouldn’t compromise and that’s what we built❤️

Moisture sensors in the arena, holding a constant 30% through 30°C heat and 60km/h winds. 😮‍💨

Our most advanced system yet and Maxwell's Equestrian Centre put it through its paces this weekend.🫣

A huge thank you to Tessa Hesse and the entire Maxwells team for such an amazing show🤝

There’s no irrigation in this arena. At least, none you can see.🫣

60% less water than overhead. 80% less than ebb and flow.

Moisture drawn up into the footing through capillary action, delivered straight to the root zone, no sprinklers, no hoses, no wet patches and dry patches ten metres apart.😮‍💨

The best system in an arena is the one you never notice.🤭

Every build comes with constraints.

Building inside a private nature reserve that’s home to one of the rarest butterflies in the world is a whole different ballgame🫢

But to be honest, these types of builds are what we love most at Peter Morrison Equestrian!🐎

If you’re looking at building an arena or revamping an existing one head to the link in our bio to get in touch🫡

In the last 20 years we’ve built over 500 arenas, gallops and racetracks across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

What we’ve learnt in that time is that good footing isn’t luck. It’s hundreds of small decisions made before a projects ever starts.

If you’re going to trust someone with the surface your horse works on day in and day out, trust the best❤️
