Margaret won the National Brown Bread Baking Competition in September 2015 at the Ploughing Championships. Her winning bread, 'Margaret's Loaf' now takes pride of place on the shelves in Aldi stores nationwide. In her kitchen, Margaret creates healthy, budget friendly recipes, which she would like to share. She believes that the skill and art of home baking and cooking is a life skill to be cherished and preserved.

The most beautiful family came to visit us on Sunday. They jumped right into the aprons and embraced every aspect of their experience. Thank you Brian, Kim, Timmy, Grace and Teddy. What a delight it was to spend time with you all. Till we meet again! Xx Visit Roscommon
