โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒŠ NLN Portlaoise Annual Centre Trip 2026 ๐ŸŒŠโ˜€๏ธ
What an incredible day our students and staff enjoyed on our annual Centre Trip to Salthill, Galway last week!
On what felt like the sunniest day of the year, the group set off for a fun-filled day of adventure, laughter and great memories. Our first stop was the fascinating Atlantaquaria, where everyone had the opportunity to explore Galway's amazing marine life and learn about the creatures that inhabit our oceans.
From there, the excitement continued with a visit to the Salthill Funfair, where students and staff enjoyed the rides, games and plenty of fun. The day was rounded off with a relaxing stroll along the beautiful seafront, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the fantastic atmosphere.
It was wonderful to see everyone having such a great time together, building friendships, creating lasting memories and making the most of a truly amazing day.
A huge thank you to all the staff who helped organise and support the trip, and well done to all our students for making it such a memorable occasion.
๐Ÿ“ธโ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒŠ A fantastic day, great company, and memories to last a lifetime!

๐ŸŽ“โœจ Exploring Future Pathways at TUS Athlone! โœจ๐ŸŽ“

Our students from NLN Portlaoise recently had the fantastic opportunity to visit TUS Athlone, where they took part in an insightful campus tour designed to explore pathways into higher education.

This visit, made possible through a strong partnership between NLN, LOETB, and the TUS Athlone Accessibility Team, gave students a valuable look at how they can progress from vocational training into third-level education ๐Ÿ“š

The day was filled with engaging discussions, helpful guidance, and a real sense of what student life at TUS Athlone has to offer. It provided inspiration and practical insight into the next steps on their educational journey.
