Sr Alba, PBVM, facilitates a variety of courses throughout the year at Nano Nagle Birthplace, offering space for reflection, creativity and personal renewal. She also hosts wellbeing days, silent retreats and Transformation Games, inviting participants to explore personal growth in a welcoming and supportive setting.
This autumn and winter, Sr Alba invites participants to explore healing and self-discovery through meditation, art and creative journaling. These gentle practices offer opportunities to pause, reconnect with ourselves and find moments of peace.
In December, we gather with Sr Alba and friends to celebrate the Winter Solstice—a time to honour our inner journey, let go of what weighs us down and welcome the returning light. As the days begin to lengthen, we look towards new beginnings, renewed hope and a brighter life.
if you would like to book your space contact Sr Alba or email [email protected]
