From October 6th – 12th, join us for a week of free community events, talks, workshops, and concerts that celebrate connection, compassion, and community. Highlights include the Family Fun Day at the Milk Market, the Annual Limerick Choral Union Concert, an Information Services Day, and even an 80km Greenway Challenge supporting men’s mental health. 🌿🎶👣

I felt called to write a piece on grief in my journal lately, and I wanted to share it 🤍

Grief is a deeply personal & individual journey for each person. I found journalling the many ways grief looks like very therapeutic lately, especially as I'm doing a lot of my own inner child healing.

If you have lost someone in your life or have experienced loss in other ways, please please please share your pain with someone.

Not everyone will understand how you're feeling, but finding a space where you can share honestly about how you're truly feeling may help ease the pain even a little 🤍

Even if you feel it, you are never alone ❤️

Life is a series of lessons which must be lived to be understood.
