What was I made for? what were you made for? 🕉️💫🕯️

Many of our students tell us they are on the wrong path in life & they would like to change what they do for a living . . & train to become a yoga teacher.

I feel very blessed to have found my purpose in life . . to be able to lead teacher trainings & retreats & to share the many therapeutic benefits of traditional yoga with others!

And I would like to share more with you in this beautiful location in Co. Laois 🤩 Join us at Woodfield Retreat for a Day Retreat on Sunday 8th June 🌸 for an afternoon of blissful yoga, breathwork, mantra practice & afterwards time in the sauna, cold plunge & optional dip in the river 💦 Link in bio to book 💕🧘‍♀️🙏🏻
