CPR, Basic First Aid, Paediatric First Aid, FAR (first aid responder), and Manual Handling, Courses. This is Ann Delahunt Smyth of Smyth's Training Services.
Let me introduce myself and my background. I started with CPR in the St. John's Ambulance many years ago. From there, I joined the First Responders, where I progressed to teaching. I can teach CPR, basic first aid, paediatric first aid, FAR (first aid responder), and manual handling. My dad passed away from a cardiac arrest. I believe everyone should learn first aid, including CPR, as it's a life skill. "As I always believe, if you can do something for somebody in the above situation, it's better than doing nothing."
