What makes Eskimo-3 Omega Oil different?🐟

Michael from Eskimo-3 was in-store last week sharing what sets their omega oils apart! Omega-3 supports normal heart function, brain health and vision.

Look out for the Friend of the Sea certification on the box, recognising sustainable seafood practices and helping protect our oceans.

Thanks to Michael for popping in and sharing his knowledge with us!

We were delighted to welcome Dr. Marilyn Glenville, who shared her expertise on the powerful relationship between the mind, body, food and mood. 💚

From natural ways to support memory and everyday wellbeing to the effects of popular diets, we explored how our daily choices can influence how we feel.

We also delved into the important links between sleep, stress and low mood, with practical advice to help us make positive changes in everyday life.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and to Marilyn for such an engaging, thoughtful and inspiring talk. We loved having you at Organico! 🌿

Don’t forget to shop all the books & supplements Marilyn talked about in store or online today

If you were to see NRF2 on the supplement shelves, would you know what it was? 🧐
