We are a Mayo company, with the products' showroom ,office & workshop situated on Unit 3B Behy Road, Behy Business Park, Ballina. Range of our service include: Glass Manufacture - cutting, polishing, toughening, painting and printing process, as well as advice and installation service. Range of products is really unlimited and includes:
CLEAR GLASS
Fully Toughened Clear glass is available in dif
ferent thickness (4-12mm), and thicker glass available on request. There is the float and opticlear glass type to choose from, with the low iron glass to be fully clear, and float glass to be slightly green faded glass. There are many different usage options for clear glass, to include:
- Glass table covers
- Balustrades
- Glass shelves
- Shower enclosures & screens
- Glass floors
- Glass Doors
UV PRINTED GLASS
Using the latest UV printing technology, images are printed directly to the back of Low Iron Toughened Glass which is impact and heat resistant to up to 400C° to comply with the standards (BS EN 12150). There are many different thicknesses available, depending on the application. Standard 6mm glass can be used as kitchen splashbacks, thicker 8 or 10mm glass can be used either as glass tables or glass shelves, with thicker glass to be used as balustrades or glass floor. There is an option for additional cut-outs, shape cuts or round corners. All glass panels are fully toughened and come with polished edges. Printed glass application ideas:

- Glass around fireplace or TV
- Glass worktops and countertop
- Glass radiator covers

PAINTED GLASS
Additionally we offer plain one colour glass, including metallic and glitter effect colours. These sparkle types splashbacks all provide fine dispersion of light. They are highly effective in areas illuminated by downlighting, providing a unique metallic tone to your glass splashback. We can match colours already provided with a code from RAL, NCS, and companies like Dulux, Fleetwood, Colourtrend, and other paint brands. We also cut mirrors to any size requested on the site. Those come with safety backing, fully polished. Any product can be bought together with the service of our installation & exact measurement process or we can only supply with fittings needed in order to complete installation.
