After 30 years of dedicated service to CG, including 10 years as Chief Executive Officer, Naz Farrow will retire effective December 31, 2026.

During her tenure, CG expanded its presence across the Caribbean, brought the Group’s identity and operations together under the CG brand, and embedded a people-first service philosophy throughout the organisation. The Company’s success reflects the commitment of the entire CG team, supported by Naz’s strategic leadership and direction.

Yan Leclerc, CG Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, will succeed Naz as Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2027, pending regulatory approval.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Naz for her many years of service and the lasting contribution she has made to CG. As we celebrate her remarkable career, we also look forward to the Group’s next chapter under Yan’s leadership.

Last Friday, our team in Jamaica 🇯🇲 had the pleasure of supporting students at Rousseau Primary School in Kingston and Chetwood Memorial Primary School in Montego Bay through a back-to-school donation initiative.

Children who are part of the PATH Programme received backpacks, stationery kits, tablets, vouchers and other school supplies to help equip them for the school year ahead.

Giving back is an important part of being present in the communities we serve, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support these students as they continue their education.
