NEWS Source: The United States Embassy in Georgetown has stated that persons seeking a renewal of their US visas who would have received medical treatment in the United States in the past, including for the birth of a child, must submit evidence that all medical bills from the treatment have been paid in full, and that they did not use U.S. public insurance programs, such as Medicaid, to cover the cost of care.
The US Embassy said those persons should gather these documents ahead of time to help ensure a smooth visa application process.
