1300 Gospel Service at Naval Base Guam Chapel is a non-denominational service that is open to all. Chaplain Takana L.
Jefferson is the Command Chaplain for the USS EMORY S LAND (AS-39) and the Chaplain for the service. LT Jefferson has been stationed in Guam since the homeport change for the LAND in April. Chaplain Jefferson is a Tennessee native, married to Dr. Jonathan Jefferson of Massachusetts and two children Antonio (Keshia) Scott in New Mexico and Jazmyn Scott in Tennessee. The service is open to all who want to come and worship our Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. "O Taste and see that the Lord is good" Psalm 34:8
Today our children will sing and particiapte in worship. Come out and support our children as Mark 10:13-16 “And they were bringing children to Him so that He might touch them; but the disciples rebuked them. But when Jesus saw this, He was indignant and said to them, "Permit the children to come to Me; do not hinder them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. "Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it at all." read more. And He took them in His arms and began blessing them, laying His hands on them.”
Our children really are our future and if we don't invest in them and support them who will?
Also, today is family style meal today after service. Fellowship with us by having a meal together and getting to know each other better. Hope to see you there!!

Every 4th Sunday the children are in charge of the service from Praise and Worship, Prayer and the offering. Train up a child in the way they should go and when they are old they will not dpeart from it: Proverbs 22:6
