DON’T BURY WHAT GOD HAS PLANTED

John 12:24

This morning at Living Waters Church, the Lord spoke clearly: what feels buried is often being planted.

We explored the powerful Kingdom truth that darkness, pressure, and hidden seasons are not signs of abandonment — they are the conditions God uses to awaken what He placed inside you.

We looked at Joseph’s pits and prisons, Jesus’ surrender in John 12, and the pattern of the Kingdom:
surrender → breaking → transformation → multiplication.

BORN OF THE VOICE — Judges 6

This morning at LWC, we unpacked a life-shaping truth:
the loudest voice in your life is the one that forms your identity.

Gideon was hiding in a winepress… surviving, not thriving.
Pressed down. Afraid. Living beneath his calling.
And yet — right there in the dark — Heaven broke in with a declaration:

“The LORD is with you, mighty warrior.”

Before Gideon prayed.
Before he believed.
Before he fought.
God spoke identity.

We explored how the wrong voice can linger for decades — shaping confidence, limiting potential, dimming destiny.
But when the Voice of God cuts through…
the winepress becomes a womb,
the pit becomes a launching pad,
and the person who felt small discovers they were born for impact.

You are not born of fear.
You are not born of failure.
You are born of the Voice.

We unpacked what it means to Arise—to wake up spiritually, to step into our God-given office, and to advance rather than spectate. And we explored what it means to Shine—to make the presence of God visible in the very places that feel the most chaotic.

Sermon: I will restore

What a powerful morning at Living Waters Church!

We explored one of the most hopeful promises in Scripture:
“I will restore to you the years the locust has eaten.” (Joel 2:25)

We looked honestly at how sin and struggle can erode our peace, steal our joy and consume precious years. But we also discovered the God who calls us to return—fully, wholeheartedly—and the God who runs to meet us with mercy.

Through Joel’s prophecy , we were reminded that God doesn’t simply repair the damage… He restores years, identity and hope. He brings us back into shalom—a life where nothing is missing and nothing is broken.

“Beyond Fear: Kingdom Power Unleashed.”

At Living Waters Church, John preached a message that was a bold reminder that while the thief still comes to steal, kill, and destroy, Jesus came that we might have life—and have it to the full.

Drawing from 2 Timothy 1:6–7, Pastor John called us to fan into flame the gift of God within us—to refuse to let fear whisper, “You’re not enough,” and instead to rise in the power, love, and sound mind that the Spirit of God gives.

The message reminded us that fear isn’t just an emotion—it’s a spirit that seeks to paralyse and silence believers. But God has given us an architecture of courage: the Holy Spirit, alive within us, empowering us to live boldly beyond fear.

Sunday at LWC: Rebuilders of Ruined Cities

John reminded us that God still rebuilds what sin, pain, and neglect have torn down. From the ashes of Coventry to the ruins of Jerusalem, the message was clear—restoration begins in the rubble.

Jesus was anointed and sent to heal the broken, free the captive, and comfort the grieving. Now, He breathes the same Spirit on us and says, “As the Father has sent Me, I am sending you.”

Every believer is a rebuilder. Every family, a construction site of hope.
So let’s pick up our tools, rebuild the section of wall in front of our own house, and watch God turn ashes into beauty in Gibraltar.

UNBOUND

What a Sunday at Living Waters Church!

We opened John 11 and discovered this life-changing truth: you can be alive, but still bound. Just like Lazarus, Jesus calls us out of the grave—but then He calls the community to help remove the grave clothes.

💡 Jesus weeps with us before He wakes us.
💡 Freedom begins with obedience—“Take away the stone.”
💡 Faith is not seeing is believing, but believing is seeing.
💡 God has called us out of darkness into His marvellous light (1 Peter 2:9).

Church, it’s time to live unbound. To step into freedom. To help each other throw off the grave clothes and run in the life Jesus has given us.

The Power of New Beginnings

Today we were reminded that our God is still the God of the reboot. Just like Israel in Isaiah 43:18–19, He tells us:

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!”

Your past doesn’t get the final say—your future does.

God is opening new doors, clearing out the junk that holds you back, and making a way in your wilderness. He’s bringing streams of living water into dry places, pouring out grace not just for you, but for your whole family and generations to come.

He is not done with you—He’s just getting started. 🔥

MORE THAN CONQUERORS

📖 Romans 8:35–39 | 1 Samuel 17

What. A. Service.

We came in facing giants.
But we walked out carrying swords.
Because when the enemy said “You can’t”—God said, “You already won.”

David didn’t wait for courage. He earned it in the fire.
He didn’t show up with strength — he showed up with faith.
And with just a sling, a stone, and the Name of the Lord — the giant fell!

The enemy shouted.
But God spoke louder.
Because even when the enemy camps in your praise,
you are STILL more than a conqueror!

- You were made for victory.
- You were born for breakthrough.
- And you’ve been crowned in the valley where kings are forged!

The battle you’re in is not the end of you — it’s the making of you.
You don’t fight to win — you fight from the win!

The conqueror in you is rising.
And your breakthrough? It’s going to bless somebody else!

Sermon: Eyes on the prize!

Today we looked at what it really means to “run with perseverance the race marked out for us” (Hebrews 12:1–3).

🏀 We started with Steph Curry — the greatest three-point shooter of all time. Behind every basket he’s scored are a thousand unseen practice shots. Greatness doesn’t come in a moment — it comes from daily discipline, relentless focus, and eliminating what hinders.

The writer of Hebrews says the same about our faith:

- "Throw off every weight that slows you down".
- Cast off the sin that entangles.
- Run the race with endurance — not a sprint, but a lifelong marathon.

And above all, fix your eyes on Jesus — the pioneer and perfecter of faith, the finish line, the prize.

We are not running away from things. We are running toward Him. Eyes on the prize!

BEAUTY FOR ASHES — Sunday at Living Waters Church

What a morning in the presence of God! 🔥

We stood in the ashes with Isaiah and watched as the Breath of the Sovereign Lord began to blow once again — breathing life into dry places, healing shattered hearts, and crowning the broken with beauty.

We were reminded that Jesus is the promise of Isaiah made flesh — the One who binds up the brokenhearted, sets captives free, and brings light into our darkest prisons. And now He has handed the scroll to us.......

- You are called.
- You are chosen.
- You are an ambassador of the Gospel.

And your message is simple and powerful:
"There is beauty for ashes".
