Founded in 1996, Cooper Brouard soon established itself as one of the leading residential property agents for both Open and Local Market sales and lettings. We launched the first estate agency website in Guernsey and this, it’s fourth generation, continues our innovative approach to selling and letting property. Two of the founding company directors, Matt Brouard and Ross Le Marquand were joined on the board in 2014 by Cathy Gallienne having progressed through the company from negotiator to Company Associate.
