For the attention of all Les Eturs and Northside clients,

Due to staffing shortages, we are now operating at limited capacity.

What does this mean for you and your pets?
Regretfully, we are having to rearrange some appointments and routine operations. If this affects you, you will be notified via text message or phone call.
Repeat prescriptions may take longer to be processed, and you may need to come in for an appointment if your pet hasn’t been seen by the vet processing the prescription. Please ring us with 72 hours notice for any repeat prescriptions.
You may have to wait slightly longer for routine appointments or operations. At this time, we have to prioritise emergency cases.
Both practices will remain open from 8am-6:30pm on weekdays as usual, and Les Eturs will be open 8am-4pm on Saturdays. However, appointment slots with vets will be limited.
Our emergency out of hours service will continue as usual. For any emergencies outside of our usual hours, please ring 07781 101083.

Think winter walks are harmless? ❄️🐾

Guernsey winters are cold, damp and tough on your dog’s paws. Wet weather can dry and crack paw pads, while slippery leaves, stones, and rough paths can cause cuts and irritation. A little extra care makes a big difference:

✅ Moisturise paw pads with a nourishing paw balm
✅ Avoid sharp, rocky or slippery paths where possible
✅ Clean and dry paws after every walk
✅ Use dog boots for longer, wetter, or extra-muddy adventures
