TAKE NOTICE that the Grenada Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Committee has commenced enforcement of the requirement that all NGOs registered in Grenada must obtain a valid AML Certificate.

All affected entities are advised to take immediate steps to ensure compliance with this requirement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Failure to comply may result in regulatory action and/or penalties as prescribed by law.
