Dear our wonderful Customers,

By now many of you will have heard that on Tuesday 14th July we suffered a devastating fire at our premises. It was a completely unexpected event and one that has turned our world upside down.

While we are heartbroken by what has happened we are incredibly thankful that every member of our team and our customers made it out safely. Buildings, equipment and tools can be replaced, but people cannot and for that we are truly grateful.
Our thoughts also go out to our lovely neighbours whose house also got damaged by the fire but we are forever thankful that they are safe and well.

These have been some of the hardest moments we have ever faced both personally and as a business. It has been an emotional time and it’s difficult to find the words to express just how much your support has meant to us.

To everyone who has sent us messages, checked in on us, shared kind words or simply wished us well – thank you. Your encouragement has given us strength when we’ve needed it most.

It was brought to our attention that a fundraiser had been set up on our behalf and we are genuinely overwhelmed by the kindness our community has shown, we never expected such generosity and we are eternally grateful to Charlotte Ince for taking the time to organise it. Every penny raised will go directly towards supporting our team during this difficult period, helping us cover wages and replace the essential tools we need to get back on our feet.

Our team has always been the heart of LE Cramer Ltd and our biggest priority is keeping everyone together so that when we rebuild we can continue providing the service and care our customers have trusted for so many years.

Although this has been a huge setback we are determined to move forward. We are pleased to let you know that we have secured temporary premises and will continue operating with as little disruption as possible. From Monday 27th July, you will be able to find us at:

We would like to clarify that although S&N Service have very kindly provided us with temporary premises, LE Cramer Ltd remains a completely independent business and we are not affiliated with S&N Service in anyway.

Please bare with us as we adjust to our new surroundings, car parking as always will continue to be a challenge but one we will work with.

For many years LE Cramer Ltd has been proud to serve this community. We’ve always believed that looking after our customers means more than just repairing vehicles - it’s about building relationships, trust and being there when people need us. During one of the most difficult times in our history you’ve shown us that same loyalty and care in return and we will never forget it.

We know the road ahead won’t be easy but with your continued support we will rebuild. We look forward to welcoming you through our doors again continuing to look after your vehicles and coming back stronger than ever.
