I do what I do to help make lifestyle changes, fitness is something a lot of us look past.
Sadly Mr Hugus had his last session with me as he has moved back to the states due to .
Mr Hugus is inspirational and has motivated and inspired me.
Today I use Mr Hugus as an example, of the saying “ Age is nothing but a number” Mr Hugus never let his age get in the way and always tried to give his son a run for his money, he would probably give most a run for their money trust me on that one... he has always given his all no matter what!!
This journey with Mr Huges is good example of how to train and still bond with our loved ones. This journey has motivated and encouraged me try to involve my pups .al98 to train with me ( which won’t be easy ) I’ll get him to train somehow 😉
What I am post proud of is Mr Hugus started of with not much fitness understanding.
Since moving to the US Mr Hugus has continued on with his fitness journey and is now a fitness fanatic keeping active.
Keep pushing guys.. We got this, you’ve got this! 💪🏾✊🏾
