How confident are you in your contractor compliance processes?

Our survey found that confidence among businesses is high, with 57% of respondents saying they are very confident in the compliance of their contractor supply chain.

But there was an interesting contrast: 60% have made no changes to their approach since April.

With IR35 still a major concern and Joint & Several Liability bringing greater focus to supplier due diligence and contractor supply chains, confidence alone may not tell the whole story.
