Lydia had a great day of lessons with Y11 students at The Hayfield School exploring Abusive Behaviours of Sustance Abuse, Disordered Eating and Self-Harm.
Staff said, ‘this was brilliant and so well presented. The students all really got on board.’
Big thanks to Dan Budhi from the Doncaster Schools Work Trust for helping deliver lessons again as a local connection for the school and for sharing his skills with us! Thanks also to Mr. Coupland for investing so well into this area of the curriculum.
Lydia can’t wait to be back here again multiple times this year!

Adam and Dammy were in St Christopher’s Accrington for their Spirituality day yesterday.

The theme for the day was Learning to Disagree Well and the 2 lessons we delivered tied perfectly into that. Po*******hy and Consent.

Students were engaged and shared some great insight with us on their opinions about the topic. Specifically the po*******hy lesson.

A girl came to share how she loved what we were doing and how common it is for young people to get swooped in instantly especially by their peers so bring awareness about it takes away that shame, shows them the effects but most importantly how to get help.

We unpacked topics around Beauty Standards, Gossip & Online Trolling, Relationships & S*x, Toxic Masculinity, P**n and Mental Health. Huge thanks to Jacob from Nxt Chaptr for joining us and Helen & Colette for their wonderful hospitality.

Respect Me North West are back ok the road 🛣️ 😎

Adam and Dammy were in St Margaret’s Church of England Academy ! It was a lovely way to start the academic year. We saw year 7’s, 8’s, and 10’s delivering online safety, bullying and positive relationships & sexting.

The head of PSHE sat in two of lessons and said:

“*your team has done an amazing job you have ticked all my boxes and done a lot of work for me as the head of PSHE, it’s amazing to have it delivered from Christian’s as well as the content really aligns with most of the school values.*”

The DSL was absolutely pleased with the lesson on bullying and how such key messages were communicated to the students.

Looking forward to being in tomorrow.

Henry had a great time today in Grace Academy Coventry exploring Consent with Year 10. The students were really engaged and had some incredible insights about how communication is really important in building healthy relationships based on trust and respect! They were all informed on the importance of consent and what it does and doesn’t look like. Thank you to the Ethos Team for facilitating today and hosting us so well! We are so looking forward to working in the school again soon! 👋

Lydia and Emily had a great day of lessons on Relationships and S*x with Y9 at Bluecoat Aspley Academy. Students asked really great questions about consent, how to know what a healthy relationship looks like and the dangers of po*******hy as a basis for a healthy relationship.
Big thanks to Mrs. Lacey for booking us in again-we look forward to visiting next academic year!

Henry and Emma loved being invited back to Brownedge St Mary's Catholic High School to deliver the Respect ME Project 5 program after delivering the No More Knives Tour two years ago. They saw year groups 7 through 10 tackling the hot topics of relationships, sexting, identity, bullying and self esteem. We can’t wait to bring the No More County Lines Tour in partnership with Lancashire Police to the school in September as part of the Preston Tour.
