We had a brilliant time at Scarborough STEM Week, giving young people the chance to play recruiter for the day!

They matched people to careers based on their skills and hobbies, then told us their own dream jobs.

We collected 320 career choices, including 11 aspiring engineers, 21 teachers and 26 footballers! ⚽🔧

It was fantastic to see so much ambition and curiosity, and hopefully inspire a few future careers in Yorkshire's engineering and manufacturing industries.

Our Engineering team recently headed out for a well-earned meal after achieving their best quarter yet! 🎉

Behind those results is a lot of hard work, teamwork and strong relationships with engineering businesses and candidates across Yorkshire.

Celebrating 5 Years at Castle! 💙

Today we’re celebrating Jess, our Assistant Accountant, and five brilliant years with Team Castle.

Jess plays an important role behind the scenes in our finance team, but her contribution to Castle goes well beyond the day job.

As a key member of our Fun & Positive team, she’s one of the people helping to keep morale high, bring everyone together and make sure there’s something for the team to look forward to.

From organising office activities and celebrations to creating those little moments that make a working week more enjoyable, Jess has helped shape the culture we’re so proud of.

Five years means plenty of work, plenty of memories and, knowing Jess, plenty of fun along the way!

Thank you, Jess, for everything you bring to Castle and for helping make it such a great place to be.
