We provide support, repairs and accessories for mobile phones, computers, laptops, iPads, tablets and gaming consoles.

We come highly recommended with over 20 years experience. We provide support, repairs and accessories for iPhones and other mobile phones, laptops, computers, iPads and tablets. CCUS Scotland was founded in 2004 and for over 15 years we operated from home. At the end of 2019, with the increasing amount of repairs and recommendations we decided we needed to have own business premises. At the beginning of 2020 we opened our business unit at Unit 16, Rennie Business Units, Factory Place, Saltcoats, KA21 5LZ. After a very successful year at our business unit in June 2021 we opened our first full time shop at 47 Countess Street, Saltcoats, KA21 5HP which is open 6 days a week. With 16 years experience in repairs and supporting our local community, we continually want to be there to help you in all your repair needs. As our customers continue to be more dependent on technology in everyday life, we understand the need for quality and speedy repairs. We back all our repairs with a 3 month warranty excluding user damage. We have very high standards and ensure at all times that we are professional and strive to meet these standards for all our customers.

CLOSED TODAY

Sorry due to a power cut we’ve had to close.

We’ve been told power won’t be restored until between 6pm and 8pm.

I’ll pop down at 8pm if anyone has anything they need to collect urgently.

Angry and frustrated. After thinking I was getting better, I’ve taken a couple of funny turns and I’m back in hospital. Now waiting on further investigations to try and get to the bottom of everything.

Thanks for everyone’s understanding, I’ll catch up as soon as I’m fit to do so. Staff will be able to carry out some phone repairs in the meantime.

👀 WE’VE BEEN BUSY…

As many of you know, I’ve had to take some time away from the shop recently while recovering and will continue to do so over the next few weeks.

While I haven’t been able to work as normal, I’ve tried to make good use of the time — working away behind the scenes on some ideas I’ve wanted to bring to CCUS Scotland for quite a while.

Turns out I’ve been pretty busy… and getting into trouble for working when I’m supposed to be recovering. 😂

Thankfully, most of this has been the kind of work I’ve been able to do sitting down with my feet up, so I have actually been resting at the same time! 😂

And I think it’ll all be worth it.

There aren’t one, two or even three changes coming…

There are FOUR. 🔵🔵🔵🔵

I’m not giving anything away just yet, but over the coming weeks we’ll start lifting those covers one by one.

Some of the biggest changes we’ve made to CCUS Scotland are coming towards the end of October / early November.

👀 Any guesses what’s underneath the covers?

💙 A Little Health Update

It’s been just over a week since I started gradually returning to work, so I wanted to give everyone a quick update.

I’m still not quite back to 100% and I’m finding that I get tired quite quickly, so for the time being I’m continuing to work very reduced hours while I recover.

It has been great getting back into the shop and seeing customers again, but I’m having to take things at a much slower pace than normal and listen to my body.

I’ve also received quite a few messages and enquiries since returning that I simply haven’t had the time to reply to. If you have sent me a message and are still waiting for a response, I’d kindly ask that, where possible, you pop into the shop and see us instead. With the limited hours I’m currently able to work, it’s much easier for us to help you in person than try to keep on top of messages as well.

CCUS Scotland is currently open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 10am until 4pm and then Friday from 10am until 3.30pm. I’m working through outstanding repairs as much as I comfortably can, but turnaround times may still be a little longer than usual.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding and all the kind messages and support I’ve received. It really is appreciated.

For now, I’ll continue taking things day by day and gradually increase my hours as I’m able.

Thank you for bearing with me 💙

Finally home from the hospital and very glad to be back home again.

It’s been a long week, so I’ll be taking things easy for a wee while as I recover. I’ll be off work for the rest of this week at a minimum.

The staff at CCUS Scotland have done a fantastic job keeping everything ticking over while I’ve been away, and I’m extremely grateful to them for stepping up and keeping the shop running.

For anyone currently waiting on a console, laptop, computer or other repair that specifically requires my attention, I’ll get to these as soon as I’m able. Thank you for your patience and understanding while I recover.

I’d also like to thank everyone who has sent messages and well wishes over the past week. They’ve been very much appreciated.

A special thank you to all my family and friends who have helped look after me, supported the shop and been there for Linda and Carson.

And an even bigger thank you to Linda ❤️ On top of being pregnant and working full time, she has still managed to run about after me, support the family and help keep everything together throughout the week.

I’m very fortunate to have such a good team, family and group of friends around me.

Thank you again for everyone’s support. I’m looking forward to getting properly rested and back on my feet.

I’ll be staying in hospital a bit longer while further investigations are carried out. I was hoping this would happen today but unfortunately it’s been delayed.

Thank you for everyone’s well wishes.

The shop will be open however please note there is currently a delay on computer, laptop and console repairs. Mobile phone repairs will continue as normal.

Sorry to anyone who’s messaged me on here or my personal page.

Unfortunately I was unwell on Tuesday which resulted me having to attend hospital (my second home 😂).

It was looking like I was able to come home today but after a few tests I will be in until at least Monday where it will be evaluated again.

18/08/2026

Just a reminder that my flight was cancelled yesterday so anyone who I’ve arranged to meet today, please can I ask you come see me Friday or Monday. I’m trying to get a flight back to Edinburgh as the first flight back to Glasgow isn’t until Friday.

First ever cancelled flight. Anyone I’ve advised to come see me tomorrow at the shop, can you come and see me on Friday or Monday please.

🚀 COMING SOON — CCUS CUSTOMER PORTAL! 💙

Earlier today, we officially launched CCUS Quotes, our new dedicated online platform designed for our business customers.

But we certainly haven’t forgotten about our shop customers… 👀💙

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been working hard on something specifically for you.

Introducing the CCUS Customer Portal — a new, easier way to stay connected with CCUS Scotland Repair Centre and keep everything relating to your repairs and purchases in one convenient place.

🔧 Track your repairs and follow their progress
📱 View current & previous repairs
🧾 Access invoices, receipts & important documents
🛍️ View your purchase history
🛡️ Keep track of warranties
🔔 Receive repair updates & notifications
💬 Stay connected with our repair centre

💬 A big step forward for customer communication

We know how important it is to be kept informed when your device is with us.

As a busy repair centre, there will naturally be times when we’re working on repairs, helping customers in-store or simply unavailable to answer a call or message straight away.

The CCUS Customer Portal is a major step forward in helping us improve that communication.

Instead of having to contact us for every update, you’ll be able to securely log in and check information about your repair yourself — even when we’re unavailable or the repair centre is closed.

It means better communication, greater transparency and easier access to the information you need, when you need it.

🌐 The CCUS Customer Portal will initially launch as a secure web app, so you’ll be able to access your account conveniently from your phone, tablet or computer.

And this is only the beginning… 👀

We have much bigger plans for how the CCUS Customer Portal will connect with our systems and services in the future.

🧩 Right now, we’re working on the final few pieces of the puzzle before we can officially launch.

A huge amount of work has already gone into building the portal and connecting everything behind the scenes. We’re carrying out the final testing and making sure everything works together properly before we open it up to our customers.

We’re getting very close, and we can’t wait for you to start using it! 💙

🚀 Launching soon.

Keep an eye on our page for the official launch announcement and details on how you’ll be able to access your account.
