Soul in Flow

I’ve been so busy working behind the scenes that I completely forgot to post an update on my website journey!

So, Soul in Flow is officially alive and websiting!

There’s something new on the website too. QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is now officially part of what I offer.

If you’ve been trying to find me through Life in Flow Reiki, don’t worry. The old website will redirect you straight to my new home at Soul in Flow.

I really hope you like the new website. I’m genuinely proud of how it’s turned out, although I’m pretty sure the whole process shaved a few years off my life! 😂

There has been a LOT of behind-the-scenes work, tweaking, changing, learning, redesigning and occasionally wondering why on earth I decided to do this!

But it’s here. It’s live. It’s websiting.

If you fancy having a little look around, I’d love to know what you think: www.soulinflow.co.uk

There comes a point on every journey where you quietly realise you've outgrown the version of yourself you've been for years.

As Life in Flow Reiki gradually evolves into Soul in Flow, I've realised this expansion is a reflection of my own journey too.

For a long time, I carried emotions from my childhood that I didn't even realise were still shaping my life. They influenced how I saw myself, how I responded to situations, and how I connected with other people. They sat quietly beneath the surface for so many years that I simply believed they were part of who I was.

I became incredibly good at coping. Anticipating and navigating tense situations. Managing challenging people. Being the strong one. But coping isn't the same as thriving.

Training as a Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) Practitioner didn't just give me another qualification. It gave me the opportunity to experience this work for myself.

During my own QHHT sessions, I was able to gently explore and release layers of emotion that had been stored within me for decades. The opportunity to get to the root of what I was carrying, why I was carrying it, and to finally let go of what was never mine to hold.

For the first time, I could clearly see where some of my triggers and emotional reactions had begun, why they had stayed with me for so long, and how they'd been living rent free in my mind and body.

That experience changed me. Not because life suddenly became perfect, but because I no longer felt defined by my past. I realised I could honour my story without continuing to live from it.
It's one of the reasons I feel so deeply privileged to now offer QHHT to others.

Soul in Flow has been created as a space where you can simply arrive as you are. Whether through Reiki, QHHT, holistic massage or, in time, meditation mentoring, my intention remains the same: to hold a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself and remember the person you've always been beneath life's experiences.

Sometimes the greatest transformation doesn't come from becoming someone new.

It comes from releasing your past and reclaiming your future.

A Soul in Flow becomes a Life in Motion.

It's official, I am websited-out if that's a thing! Working on my website this time around is very different, I feel I know how to do more stuff than I did before. It's almost there and I can't wait to share it with you. 🙏🤍✨

I’ve written a blog sharing a little more about my recent personal growth journey and the deeper reasons behind the evolution and change of my business name. If you’re curious about what’s been unfolding behind the scenes and the path that has led me here, have a read. https://www.lifeinflowreiki.co.uk/post/when-you-surrender-the-illusion-of-control 🙏🤍✨

When you surrender the illusion of control...

Hello friends, after taking a long pause from social media and moving through a period of deep inner work and spiritual growing pains (again), I’m expanding my offerings in a way that feels almost like a mirror reflection of the expansion and deepening of my own soul journey. I’ve been working hard behind the scenes to completely reimagine my website, and I’m so excited to begin sharing it with you over the coming weeks. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts and welcome your feedback as this next chapter unfolds.

Signs your main 7 Chakras are aligned. 🙏🤍✨

When we remember that the chances of any one of us being born are around 1 in 400 trillion, we’re reminded of the miracle of our existence — a gentle call to celebrate the wonder that we are and to recognise the immense value of simply being here. 🙏🤍✨

Healing isn’t linear. It doesn’t look the same for everyone, and it unfolds in its own time. Through Reiki, we learn to trust this journey — to find acceptance and surrender, to release the ties that bind us, and to embrace life with new eyes and an open heart. 🙏🤍✨

Happiness can be found in stillness — in the true acceptance of who we are, and of where and when we are. Reiki supports us in building the resilience to find peace, even in the most difficult of times. 🙏🤍✨
