Classes involve body conditioning and co-ordination exercises, empty hand and weapon forms, hand striking and kicking, sparring, throwing, hundreds of joint locks & pressure point techniques, meditation, improved flexibility and martial acrobatics and break falls. Well done to our kids and adults who took part in our catchup grading. It was very tough and demanding at times but everyone persevered and pushed through ๐ช๐ช
