Working on behalf of Kent County Council, B Parsons & Son needed safe, weatherproof storage to protect recycled products and keep the public dry at the New Romney Reuse Facility.

We delivered a bespoke setup featuring a 6m x 6.1m Zappshelter to solve the problem:

🟡 Security & access: Features a full front end wall, partial rear end wall and a 3m x 3m steel roller door to ensure safe public entry without the risk of flapping fabric curtains.
🟡 Height & foundation: Securely mounted onto three 20ft side-opening shipping containers supplied by the client, keeping the project cost-effective while providing a robust base.
🟡 Weather protection: Fully enclosed with a complete PVC rainwater gutter system to safely channel runoff away from the browsing area and keep inventory dry.

The result?
A safe, dry, and durable environment that helped B Parsons & Son successfully safeguard the facility's inventory before the harsh weather hit.

LKAB Minerals needed weatherproof storage to protect bulk raw materials, including magnesite, at their Stockton-on-Tees site.

We delivered "Beverly", a bespoke setup featuring a 17m x 24.4m Zappshelter:

🟡 Access & branding: Features an open front for easy access by plant machinery, plus a partial rear end wall showcasing their company branding.
🟡 Foundation: Securely mounted onto interlocking concrete Lego blocks for a fast and robust storage base.
