Hello and Welcome to MyMy
A charity located in Newcastle, Co. Down Northern Ireland. Ultimately, we are here to help anyone who would like some support.
We are an organisation focused on helping people raise their self-esteem, their self-awareness and to develop a better understanding of self-care. We believe this helps individuals acquire a greater sense of confidence and self-respect, a priceless attribute in life’s journey. As many of you are aware suicide, depression, relationships, physical health and financial issues have become too common in our communities and many people find aspects of their life a challenge. We at MYMY offer a safe and friendly space for individuals to work through the issues that are becoming a burden and affecting their everyday lives. We do this by providing services such as one-to-one counselling; complementary therapies, self-help groups, men’s group, woman’s group, book club and bereavement group, our group’s are open to everyone please contact us for further information.

MYMY is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Charity shop team.
If you have 2 years experience in a supervisory role in retail we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for maximising income earned from the charity shop and for the effective management of volunteers on shift.
We need someone who is reliable, positive and commercially aware and takes genuine pride in their work.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of what we are trying to achieve at MYMY.

Art In Nature Well-Being Walks
Why not join Carole Reid and Kevin McGlynn as they take on a series of gentle walks in our beautiful countryside.
When: Friday 2nd October - Annalong River & Wood.
Carpool 9.40am - Donard Park
Starting at 10am - Water Gate Dunnywater, Head Road.
Friday 9th October - Hunshigo Lake
Carpool 9.45am - Castlewellan Park and Share Car Park, Bann Road.
Start 10am - Lackan Road X Crabtree Road
Friday 16th October - St John's Point
Start 10am - Car Park opposite St Joseph's Church, Rossglass Road South.
Each Walk ends with tea, coffee and homemade bakes.
Cost: £10 per walk or £20 for 3.
