We have a lovely selection of bare root plants available following renovation work in our Walled Garden borders.

These mature, established clumps have been lifted directly from our borders and offer excellent value for anyone looking to add something special to their own garden.

Plant them now, before Winter sets in, and look forward to a beautiful display next year!

We are excited to introduce a new Head of Retail and Food & Beverage role to support the next stage of growth across our retail and hospitality businesses. This senior position will lead the strategic development and performance of our cafés and shops, helping to shape the visitor experience, drive revenue, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Working closely with the management team, you will help oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards, and contribute to the commercial success of the operation. You will lead by example, providing outstanding customer service while supporting colleagues to perform at their best while working as part of a team.

This role is a hybrid between getting involved hands-on when needed, while overseeing and driving the business on a day to day basis.

The primary focus of the role is driving the performance of our residential and commercial let properties as well as a high-quality holiday let. The overall objective for the Estate is to grow income and control liabilities across its assets, enabling the long-term sustainability of the business and its heritage. Our let portfolio is key to this success.

Alongside this, record keeping in connection with our let portfolio is vitally important. The Property & Lettings Agent plays a key role in the continued digitisation of existing records and transitioning our systems to software-based solutions.
