FosteringMatters is a small family run independent fostering agency which was established in 2004. Our head office is in Gloucester and we support foster carers in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Bristol, Warwickshire, Telford, Staffordshire, Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding areas. We have been placing children in carefully matched and fully supported foster homes across England since September 2004. We provide foster placements that produce positive outcomes for children and enriching experiences that also financially benefit our foster carers. As a FosteringMatters foster carer, you will receive our excellent support services and the comprehensive and ongoing training we provide. You will thrive as part of our supportive family company with teams throughout England. Safety
FosteringMatters works with some of the most vulnerable children in society. We take our responsibility for them extremely seriously and our focus is on safeguarding all children and young people in our care 24 hours a day. Trust
Trust underpins everything we undertake at FosteringMatters. You too could join our ‘team’ of trusted, dedicated and committed Foster Carers who are a crucial part of the FosteringMatters Family. Support
FosteringMatters are fully aware that the recruitment and retention of dedicated and competent carers are fundamental to achieving great outcomes for children and young people. Our extensive recruitment and retention successes are thanks to our commitment to providing the highest levels of support to everyone. Training
All FosteringMatters carers and staff are required to participate in initial and ongoing training. We recognise It is essential for carers to continually improve their levels of knowledge and ability. Therefore, we provide regular face to face support groups, training sessions and access to 24 hour online training and support. Fun

Some lovely news from FosteringMatters ❤️
This month, our foster carers have welcomed a parent and child and a sibling group of three children into their homes.
Both placements are going really well. The Local Authorities are delighted, our carers are happy and, most importantly, everyone is settling in well.
We’re a small, social work and family based fostering agency and moments like this remind us why we do what we do.
Could you offer a child — or perhaps brothers and sisters who need to stay together — a safe and caring home?
We’d love to hear from you. Even if you’re only thinking about fostering, get in touch for an informal chat. No pressure, just a conversation.

Fostering extends beyond providing a place to live—it gives children the opportunity to rebuild, develop, and thrive. A loving and secure foster home can bring consistency during instability, comfort during emotional struggles, and support at critical moments. Despite the challenges involved, fostering can leave a lasting and life-changing impact on a child’s future.
