Co Create Architects

We’re looking forward to exhibiting at the Cornwall Home Improvement Self Build Show this weekend at the Royal Cornwall Events Centre in Wadebridge.

Taking place on 3 and 4 October, the show brings together homeowners, self builders, designers and construction professionals from across Cornwall and the South West.

If you are thinking about a new home, extension, renovation or wider property project, come and have a chat with the Co Create Architects team. We will be there to talk through ideas, answer questions and share some of the projects we have been working on across the region.

Come and say hello!

A proud moment for our team at the Retrofit & Reuse Awards in London. Brampton House in Torquay was shortlisted for Decarbonisation at Scale, recognising its transformation from the former Brampton Court Hotel into 14 homes for local people.

It was a pleasure to attend with and see the project recognised alongside some excellent retrofit work from across the country. Thank you to Armada, and everyone who helped bring the building back into use.

Congratulations to HTA Design on winning our category with The Sutton Estate and to all the other winners.

Hello Cornwall!!!

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new Cornwall office in Newquay.

This exciting move marks another important milestone for Co Create Architects as we continue our growth across the county. Over recent years, we have been fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects throughout Cornwall, building a strong portfolio across the housing, healthcare and private sectors.

Our commitment extends beyond the built environment. We remain passionate about supporting local communities, charities and organisations that make Cornwall such a vibrant and inspiring place to live and work.

The opening of our Newquay office reflects our long term commitment to the county and our ambition to continue supporting existing and future clients, consultant colleagues and communities throughout the county.

We are excited about this new venture and look forward to strengthening relationships, creating opportunities and contributing positively to the continued growth and success of Cornwall.

Here's to the next chapter!

What a rewarding day! 🍃

As part of our 2026 Environmental Day, we supported the , a youth group based in Kingskerwell, in building a new covered area for their outdoor activities, giving them a space protected from the rain.

Proudly supported by bradfords_building_supplies, The Sloop Inn and costacoffee, and the day wouldn’t have happened without the amazing support from Matt Deprez at armadaproperty. A huge thank you as well to all the volunteers and parents who helped make it happen.

A rewarding and inspiring day to be part of and turns out we’re not half bad at building either!
